Ever since it was founded in the year 2000, Dronacharya Cricket Academy has been striving to fulfill its Mission of not just creating young boys into match-winning players, but also of discovering flashes of brilliance regardless of the poor backgrounds from which they belong. Economically disadvantaged boys are generally not in a position to excel and realize their hidden potential because of the unavailability of cheaply priced facilities. Not being able to recognize and offer the proper opportunities to this talent, instead of allowing it to be killed on the altar of poverty, would be a great loss to society and the nation.
Dronacharya Cricket Academy has an operational cell that communicates with social organizations, schools, and independently to identify young talents who need proper training and equipment at an affordable price in order to be able to open up their real potential. These boys are encouraged by Dronacharya Cricket Academy and groomed at nominal, subsidised rates or free, which are usually recovered depending on their performance. We are of the opinion that everyone in society, and more specifically the weaker sections, have a right to be given the best opportunity even in the area of sport.

वर्ष 2000 में अपनी स्थापना के बाद से, द्रोणाचार्य क्रिकेट अकादमी ने न केवल युवाओं को विश्व स्तरीय खिलाड़ी बनने के लिए प्रशिक्षित करने के अपने मिशन को पूरा करने का प्रयास किया है, बल्कि वे चाहे किसी भी पृष्ठभूमि के हों, उत्साही और प्रतिभाशाली लड़के और लड़कियाँ की खोज करते रहे हैं। समाज के आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लड़कों एवम लड़कियों को सस्ती सुविधाओं की कमी के कारण अपनी छिपी प्रतिभा को निखारने और प्रदर्शित करने में कठिनाई होती है। इस प्रतिभा को पहचानने और सही अवसर प्रदान करने में असफल होना, बल्कि इसे गरीबी की वेदी पर बलिदान होने देना, समाज और राष्ट्र के लिए बहुत बड़ी क्षति होगी।द्रोणाचार्य क्रिकेट अकादमी में कार्यात्मक सेल है जो सामाजिक संगठनों, स्कूलों और अपने दम पर उन युवा खिलाड़ियों की पहचान करने के लिए काम करता है जिन्हें अपनी असली प्रतिभा दिखाने के लिए किफायती मूल्य पर सही कोचिंग और सुविधाओं की आवश्यकता होती है। द्रोणाचार्य क्रिकेट अकादमी ऐसे लड़कों और लड़कियाँ को प्रोत्साहित करती है और उचित रियायती दरों पर कोचिंग प्रदान करती है, जिसकी प्रतिपूर्ति कई बार उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर की जाती है। हमारा मानना है कि समाज के हर वर्ग, विशेषकर कमजोर लोगों को खेल के क्षेत्र में भी सर्वोत्तम अवसर प्राप्त करने का अधिकार है।
