Gurcharan Singh, the legendary coach who has moulded the careers of not only a few but a more than 12 international and 100+ national players. His passion for the sport and emerging talent is witnessed in the Dronacharya Cricket Academy, where no stone is left unturned in providing the best to budding guns – top-class facilities, latest equipment, and the best coaching staff. With a career of more than six decades as a coach, he not only had been coaching cricketing players but also producing champions who have made the country proud on national and international stages. The respect with which he is regarded in the cricketing fraternity is genuine, and he's still going strong, coaching a group of great coaches at the academy, waiting to guide the next batch of cricket superstars. He started the academy earlier so that the talent from East Delhi and NCR didn't have to go miles in search of good coaching, and now it is a hub where cricket enthusiasts from across India throng to find its excellent coaching in the capital city. He is also a Dronacharya Award winner, the highest award given to a sports coach, and Padma Shri Award, one of the highest civilian honours bestowed by the Government of India.

Delhi first-class cricket player in the past, Amrinder Singh enters the corporate world with a rich experience that has been built over 37 years in corporate communications. The life of cricket is his story of dedication and perfection, qualities that have readily translated to his corporate life. Having worked as the corporate communications head, Amrinder has illustrated strategic communication acumen, significantly contributing to the success of diverse organizations. Currently working as the managing partner of DCA, he continues to draw from his rich experience, generating a harmonious synergy between corporate expertise and sportsmanship. Amrinder Singh is a perfect example of how a sportsperson's devotion and business sense get blended seamlessly, and hence someone who is admired by the sporting world as much as by the corporate world. Interestingly, he also wishes to follow in the footsteps of Dronacharya Gurcharan Singh, reflecting his desire to mentor and develop future stars of the cricketing world.
