Rajesh is a senior coach for Dronacharya Cricket Academy, serving the Khalsa College and Sardar Patel centres. As a coach for several years now, Rajesh specializes in fostering young talent and turning them into sport persons. Rajesh is recognized for his firm leadership skills and hands-on approach, with players getting individual attention and proper direction to enhance their game.
Rajesh is in charge of the technical development of the players, their physical fitness, and mental toughness, and preparing them adequately well-equipped to perform. Being the coach of both the centres, he has an important role in ensuring that the academy keeps producing quality and well-disciplined cricketers capable of competing at the next level.
