Cricket Coach
Pradeep Kumar is a passionate and dedicated cricket coach at Dronacharya Cricket Academy, where he has been serving since January 2023. He coaches junior and sub-junior boys and girls, with a strong focus on developing sound cricketing fundamentals, discipline, confidence, and a love for the game.
Pradeep is a qualified coach from the Sports Authority of India. He has also earned both a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) and a Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed.), specialising in Cricket, which has provided him with a strong academic foundation in coaching methodology, sports science, and athlete development.
As a player, he represented his school in the School Games Federation of India (SGFI) 2009 and also competed in zonal-level school cricket tournaments, gaining valuable competitive experience that now enriches his coaching.
At Dronacharya Cricket Academy, Pradeep is committed to nurturing young cricketers in a positive and structured learning environment. His coaching philosophy emphasises technical excellence, physical fitness, teamwork, and character building, helping every player develop both on and off the field.
His coaching style is inspiring and patient, with each and every player getting the one-on-one attention they require to develop and improve. Ranjeet is convinced about establishing a strong base at a young age and works towards creating the next crop of cricketers with the skills and attitude necessary to succeed.
