Narender played for Haryana at all levels of the game, starting from the high-grade Ranji Trophy. He joined Dronacharya Cricket Academy in 2010 and is now among the most admired and favourite coaches at the academy.
In the last ten years, Narender has introduced a more organized and professional style of coaching into DCA's coaching system. His inclusion of technical instruction, physical fitness, and coaching of players has enabled us to make our programs tougher, more disciplined, and results-focused for aspiring cricketers.
With a decade of experience as a High-Performance Coach, he has been involved in conditioning teams for competitive tournaments at domestic and international levels. Narender presently works with the most fundamental development age group, with players in the age bracket of 12 to 20 years with complete dedication and foresight.
His professional life as a coach also includes coaching international teams and private players from all over India and abroad and he is highly valued due to his dedication, punctuality, and capability to get the best out of every cricketer.
