Gaurav is an NIS-qualified cricket coach who believes in keeping coaching simple, practical, and effective. He helps young players understand the game better by explaining techniques and match situations in an easy-to-follow way. He also teaches them how to stay calm, confident, and positive during challenging moments on the field.
His coaching philosophy is to develop well rounded cricketers who are technically sound, work well as part of a team, understand the game, and are always willing to learn and improve.
Gaurav provides coaching in all aspects of cricket, including batting, bowling, and fielding. He focuses on building strong fundamentals while helping players improve their skills step by step. Along with technical training, he teaches match awareness, game planning, and decision making so players can perform confidently in competitive situations.
He is passionate about identifying young talent and helping every player reach their full potential. Through regular practice, individual guidance, and continuous performance assessment, he ensures that every player is well prepared and ready to compete at the Under 15 level.
