Akash is a senior coach at Dronacharya Cricket Academy, training the age group of 15 to 18 years. It is an important aspect of life for a young cricketer, and Akash has a significant role of making them match-fit. With in-depth knowledge of the game, he places utmost importance on technical skill development, fitness, and mental strength so that the players are made ready for competitive games.
Akash's coaching philosophy is to mix hard work with intelligent strategies. Not only does he show his players how to play well technically but also trains them how to cope with pressure and competition. His experience and hard work ensure the players are able to acquire the confidence and ability needed to play a better standard of cricket.
